10.1 Ffurflen Flynyddol.
Dylai’r ffurflen flynyddol amgaeedig gael ei chyflwyno i’r cyngor nawr bod barn archwilio wedi cael ei rhoi, a dylid gwneud cofnod i ddangos fod y ffurflen flynyddol wedi cael ei chymeradwyo a’i derbyn gan y cyngor. Dylai materion sy’n codi hefyd gael eu cyflwyno i’r cyngor a dylid cynhyrchu cynllun gweithredu,os oes angen,i nodi sut y budd y materion sy’n codi yn cael eu trin.Dylai’r ffurflen flynyddol a’r hysbysiad diwedd yr archwiliad gael eu harddangos mewn man(nau) amlwg am 14 diwrnod cyn gynted a phosibl a chyn 30 Medi 2016 fan bellaf.

5. County Councillor’s monthly report
The Chairman relayed to the meeting the County Councillor’s comprehensive report on meetings she had attended from the 10th of May to the 14th of June.

6. Public’s opportunity to present statements

21 Attendance at meetings by the public. 21.3 Up to twenty minutes of any meeting can be set aside for the public to present statements, and each individual is allowed a maximum of three minutes to present his or her statement. The Council or committee will only hear statements about matters presented to the Clerk beforehand ( no less than 48 ours before the meeting ).

10. Any other matters.
10.1 Annual Return Form.
The enclosed annual return should be presented to the council, now that an audit opinion has been given,and a minute should be made to show that the Annual Return has been approved and accepted by the council. The issues arising report should also be presented to the council and an action plan produced, If required,to indicate how the issues raised will be addressed. The annual return and notice of conclusion of audit should be displayed in a conspicuous place(s) for 14 days as soon as reasonably possible and before the 30 September 2016.
Resolved: To approve and accept the Annual Return.
The issues arising from the report was presented to the Council and it was resolved to address the issues raised.
10.2 Appoint Internal Auditor for 2016/2017.
RESOLVED: To correspond with Iona Edwards (Accountant)
10.3 Review the Council’s budget. (The council must regularly review,and ensure this review against the actual income expenditure is minuted. The recommendation is that the council monitors the budget at least quarterly or more frequently if required).
10.4 Notice of Co-option.
Expression of interest was declared by 2 (two) members of the public.
RESOLVED: To Co-opt , Emrys Owen and Delyth Williams.
10.5 Any matters received by the Clerk prior to the meeting.
11. Confirm date and venue of next Council Meeting
The Community Council Annual General Meeting will be held at 7.30 pm on the 12th of July 2017

The Chairman thanked everyone for attending and also conveyed thanks to Dwysan Roberts for providing the translation service for the meeting.
